Corporate Elevator Consultants, Inc. (CEC) was incorporated in 1996 and is a fully licensed elevator and escalator consulting company. We are a licensed elevator contractor by the state of Michigan and the city of Detroit, Department of Labor, Building and Safety Division. We are licensed to install, modernize, maintain and repair elevators and escalators in the state of Michigan. Michael Rowley carries a state of of Michigan Journeyman’s license and a City of Detroit Journeyman’s license to inspect all elevators and escalators for both authorities and has been a member of the International Union of Elevator Constructors with Detroit Local 36 for 32 years.

Joe Ryzewicz is licensed and certified by the state of Michigan to inspect elevators and has a State of Michigan Journeyman’s license, and is certified by the City of Detroit to inspect elevators with a City of Detroit Journeyman’s license and has been a member of the International Union of Elevator Constructors with Detroit Local 36 for 40 years.

Both Mike and Joe have performed and managed all duties in the elevator business, which includes installing elevators and escalators and performing elevator and escalator maintenance tasks as route mechanics. We have also performed light and heavy service repair work on all types of elevator and escalator equipment.
